Job Description:
We are executing a strategic academic appointment within our mathematics department and are seeking a passionate, dedicated Maths Teacher to govern secondary language instruction and direct classroom development pathways starting in August 2026. Operating as an essential pedagogical anchor and curriculum specialist within our secondary school faculty, this full-time role focuses on accelerating IGCSE performance benchmarks, auditing lesson design metrics, and maximizing student engagement under our comprehensive school management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-fidelity, and effective Mathematics lessons to secondary-level students.
- Plan, prepare, and structure premium lesson materials fully aligned with Cambridge and British National Curriculum standards.
- Assess student mathematical performance systematically, record grading metrics, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Maintain a well-managed, highly disciplined, and encouraging classroom learning environment.
- Support students through structured tracking to achieve true academic excellence in IGCSE Mathematics examinations.
- Collaborate closely with subject heads, colleagues, and academic supervisors to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Participate actively in extra-curricular school activities, professional learning communities, and parent-teacher feedback circles.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical subject specialization matching the academic field.
- Proven, successful professional experience teaching IGCSE Mathematics to secondary school students within a structured school framework.
- Deep structural familiarity with Cambridge curriculum standards, examination grading boards, and the British National Curriculum.
- Prior teaching history within the United Arab Emirates will be considered a highly valuable advantage for local regulatory onboarding.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, academic mark sheets, and pupil progress logs inside Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent classroom management strategies combined with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
