Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Maths Teacher to join our academic team in Ajman. This role is fundamental to our education framework, requiring an educator who can simplify complex mathematical concepts for students in Grades 7 to 9. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and assessing student performance for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons to support the school’s education standards and student growth.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records in UAE compliance.
- Maintain strong classroom management and foster a positive, interactive learning environment.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional development, faculty training, and attendance records.
- Utilize modern Information Technology and educational software to enhance mathematics instructions and assessments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching middle school (Grades 7–9) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of American curriculum standards and management of diverse classroom settings.
- Strong background in education regarding student development and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex subject matter for students.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering and facility teams for classroom resource management and educational project logistics.
