Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead the medical department and ensure high standards of clinical performance in Abu Dhabi. This senior leadership role is fundamental to our institutional framework, requiring a professional who can strengthen clinical governance and guide multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for overseeing medical operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring that services meet all UAE regulatory requirements for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary medical teams to drive clinical excellence and support sales of healthcare service packages.
- Strengthen clinical governance frameworks and ensure all medical operations align with established international standards.
- Oversee the strategic growth and development of medical services to enhance the institution’s market presence.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding physician recruitment, credentialing, and professional development.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology and Health Informatics to monitor clinical quality and operational efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) or a high-level Healthcare Leadership Qualification.
- Proven professional experience within the UAE healthcare sector in a senior leadership capacity.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Strong background in management of clinical teams and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
- Professional background in education or training regarding healthcare policy and quality assurance.
- Experience coordinating with engineering departments for medical equipment procurement and facility standards.
