Job Description:
Health Express Home Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Insurance Coder to join its healthcare team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this detail-oriented clinical coding professional will manage ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding processes, review patient clinical records, ensure full compliance with DHA guidelines, submit accurate insurance claims, and collaborate with billing departments to minimize rejections.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for medical services.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims in accordance with DHA and UAE insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with medical, billing, and operations teams to reduce claim rejections.
- Support claim audits and contribute to revenue cycle improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate coding records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on medical coding experience within the UAE healthcare sector.
- CPC, CCS, or equivalent recognized medical coding certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, DHA regulations, and UAE medical insurance protocols.
- Experience in home healthcare coding and revenue cycle management is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical accuracy, and communication skills.
