Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Promotion: Promote and present the OTRX nutraceutical line to healthcare professionals and pharmacy managers, highlighting product efficacy and safety.
- Territory Management: Independently manage and expand market presence across assigned territories in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Pharmacy (OTRX) and Healthcare Account (HCA) channels.
- Sales Objectives: Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly objectives within the assigned sector.
- Market Feedback: Collect and report competitor activity, market trends, and feedback from healthcare providers to the management team.
- Ethical Representation: Ensure all promotional activities are conducted in full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company ethics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or a Science-related field is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically within the nutraceutical or related healthcare product sector.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to engage confidently with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
- Professionalism: A target-driven mindset combined with a professional attitude and polished appearance.
- Territory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain pharmacy landscape is highly preferred.
