Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core site operations division and are seeking an experienced, operationally authoritative MEP Manager to govern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project pipelines and direct full-cycle engineering pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic technical solutions architects who possess an advanced operational command of multi-system integration frameworks and excel at leading heavy-industry utility installations within fast-moving construction timelines, this full-time track focuses on accelerating commissioning velocities, auditing sub-contractor documentation queues, and maximizing quality metrics under our unified corporate management framework and engineering jobs networks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the master planning, technical execution, and multidisciplinary coordination of complex high-rise and industrial MEP projects.
- Oversee rigorous QA/QC activities, structural material approvals, and installation checks to ensure complete compliance with project blueprints and standards.
- Ensure total site adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) federal regulations, conducting hazard audits and safety training pipelines.
- Supervise testing, balancing, and final commissioning activities for all mechanical, electrical, thermal, and plumbing networks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multi-tiered site engineering teams, draft technicians, and field laborers to achieve absolute project objectives.
- Coordinate efficiently with project subcontractors, lead consultants, municipal inspectors, and utility supply stakeholders.
- Monitor comprehensive project budgets, execute strict value engineering strategies, and control ongoing procurement project costs.
- Ensure complex infrastructure projects are completed ahead of schedule while maintaining absolute construction quality metrics.

- High-level engineering literacy from a recognized academic institution, backed by professional technical credentials and absolute familiarity with local municipal construction guidelines.
- A minimum of 10 or more years of verified, high-performance professional history directing large-scale MEP project cycles, managing site engineering teams, or running technical sub-contractor operations within the UAE or wider GCC construction sectors.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating cost-control tables, tracking engineering delivery schedules, and processing field application files inside Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- MEP project planning and execution mechanics, value engineering, blueprint auditing, and material submittal tracks.
- QA/QC protocols, HSE guidelines, testing standards, balancing tools, and structural commissioning methodologies.
- Team leadership frameworks, complex subcontractor coordination models, contract structures, and strict project budget management controls.
- Municipal regulations, civil defense safety approvals, DEWA/FEWA utility integration rules, and structural testing compliance.
- Procurement pipelines, equipment lifecycle tracking, technical asset maintenance, and project documentation archiving.
- Outstanding technical communication and bargaining talents, sharp structural troubleshooting habits under demanding site conditions, absolute mathematical attention to detail, and a highly professional, leadership-driven attitude.
