Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Accountant to join our professional finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle technical accounting and compliance for management and audit performance review. You will be responsible for financial reporting, VAT filing, and identifying fiscal risks to support advisory assignments. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in IFRS Standards, Statutory Compliance, and Client Management and a proactive approach to implementing financial controls. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain general ledgers to meet management and reporting benchmarks.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, preparing accurate financial statements and management reports with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of internal and external audit assignments.
- Assist in VAT filing and tax compliance while ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools, including Tally, Zoho, or SAP, to analyze financial data and identify areas for process improvement.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (ACCA / CA Inter / CPA is an advantage).
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably within audit or consulting firms.
- Strong background in management of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Professional background in education regarding UAE VAT laws, IFRS frameworks, and client relationship management.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a high-performance Dubai work culture.
