Job Description:

We are executing a strategic corporate appointment within our central logistics and freight coordination division and are seeking a meticulous, process-driven Move Coordinator to govern domestic and international supply chain pipelines and direct multi-modal asset transit pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic transport planners who possess strong operational command of cross-border customs procedures and excel at orchestrating high-volume client cargo routing, this full-time track focuses on accelerating dispatch planning speeds, auditing customs documentation databases, and maximizing customer experience feedback scores under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end operational logistics and secure supply chain lines for domestic residential relocations and complex international freight transfers.
  • Manage packing timetables, transport fleet schedules, marine/air booking integrations, and international custom declaration files.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with global private clients, field operations crews, customs brokers, and worldwide freight partners.
  • Monitor live asset transit progress across international distribution paths, making certain all movements hit strict schedule commitments.
  • Isolate logistical bottlenecks and shipping delays proactively, deploying fast alternative routing solutions to keep client transfers stress-free.
  • Prepare high-precision shipping documentation, itemized packing manifests, storage bills, and regulatory compliance certificates.
  • Support general depot management by tracking local storage asset allocations and reviewing global supplier pricing logs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or a matching equivalent commercial logistics trade certification from an accredited educational facility is preferred.
  • Based within the United Arab Emirates or possessing immediate readiness to transition into the fast-moving GCC logistics and global mobility market.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying cargo tracking databases, global supply chain tracking software, and relational scheduling tables inside MS Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Logistics coordination networks, cargo booking loops, multi-modal transport lines, and fleet tracking workflows.
    • Customer service principles, proactive client relationship management, and service delivery benchmarks.
    • International shipping manifests, port documentation protocols, bills of lading, and local customs clearance channels.
    • Inventory record-keeping, supply chain verification procedures, and documentation control practices.
  • Outstanding structural coordination habits, strict attention to complex documentation detail, sharp operational problem-solving traits, and the capacity to balance multiple client priorities under tight container turnaround deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication habits are required to interact seamlessly with an international client base and global vendor partners.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past freight tracking portfolio defenses, live supply chain coordination tests, and global transit case study interviews.
  • An elite opportunity to assume complete operational custody over reporting data pipelines for a rapidly expanding, prestigious global relocation group.
  • Stable career advancement pipelines supported by major corporate account wins and active internal growth channels for senior logistics controllers, operations heads, or specialists moving into institutional governance or corporate hr jobs and human capital training platforms.
