Job Description:
We are expanding our operations and seeking talented Multilingual Customer Service Representatives, Telesales Agents, and Forex Retention Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage customer interactions for management and performance review. You will be responsible for explaining financial products, managing trading services, and building long-term client relationships across various global markets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally to meet management and sales targets.
- Explain financial products, trading services, and Forex platforms in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in CRM records and reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical teams to deliver high-quality support and address client inquiries effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to improve retention while conducting follow-up activities and campaign tracking.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM platforms to optimize customer support and ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in a relevant field.
- Must currently reside in the UAE with strong communication skills in Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa, Japanese, Cantonese, or Swiss German.
- Strong background in management of call center operations, customer service, or high-volume telesales roles.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Forex, trading, or client retention strategies.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, persuasive sales skills, and a multicultural patient-centered approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to work in a dynamic and diverse Dubai-based environment.
