Job Description:
We are seeking passionate professionals for multiple roles including Store Managers, Makeup Artists (MUA), and Beauty Advisors. This expansion is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring professionals who can provide expert advice for management and retail performance review. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing product displays, and driving sales targets across skincare, fragrance, and haircare categories. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Beauty Trends and Product Knowledge and a proactive approach to retail operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert product advice to meet management and store performance targets.
- Support retail integrity in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring 100% precision in visual merchandising and product displays.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and store teams to ensure a collaborative and high-standard shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory trends and store organization to facilitate professional organizational reporting and sales growth.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for sales tracking and staying updated on the latest international beauty trends.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Beauty, Cosmetology, Retail Management, or a related professional field.
- Proven professional experience specifically within skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, or haircare.
- Strong background in management of retail environments, customer service standards, and sales target achievement.
- Professional background in education or training regarding makeup application, skincare analysis, and fragrance profiles.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a proactive attitude, and adapt to different store locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a high-standard retail group in Ras Al Khaimah.
