Open Positions (14 Vacancies):

  • Sous Chef (1): Kitchen leadership and operational management.
  • Chef De Partie / DCDP (5): Station oversight and culinary execution.
  • Commis Chef I & II (3): Culinary support and preparation.
  • Pastry Team (2): Pastry Chef De Partie and Commis Pastry.
  • Stewarding (3): Head Steward and Kitchen Stewards.
  • Store Keeper (1): Kitchen Receiver and inventory management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and oversee high-quality culinary production across various kitchen stations in Dubai.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace sanitation standards for management review.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding kitchen staffing, training, and team coordination.
  • Collaborate with the head of the kitchen to monitor food progress and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools for inventory tracking and kitchen operational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Relevant Culinary or Hospitality qualifications are highly preferred.
  • Proven professional experience in a kitchen or stewarding role is required for senior positions.
  • Strong background in management of food quality, station prep, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding HACCP, food safety, and international culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and a team-oriented mindset in UAE.
  • Open to all nationalities; strong communication skills are essential.
