Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Enforce complete compliance across all site activities with verified project design specifications, quality control blueprints, and local HSE rules.
- Support comprehensive construction master planning, day-to-day site execution, project progress tracking, and analytical status reporting pipelines.
- Maintain clear, organized, and audit-ready project technical documentation, engineering logs, material submittal structures, and site records.
- Assist the project manager systematically in meeting targeted milestones, timeline completions, and budgetary parameters.
- Isolate site operational variances early and collaborate with field directors to deploy corrective engineering action paths.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or matching accredited technical credential in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related structural discipline relative to the targeted position.
- Mandatory Regional Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating within the civil construction sector specifically inside the United Arab Emirates marketplace.
- Advanced interactive data literacy with extensive practical capability deploying industry tools (such as Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or specialized document management software), together with structuring tracking metrics inside MS Excel tables.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
