Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily on-site operational tracks, project planning pathways, and quality matrices to meet management and structural execution targets.
- Support construction integrity in Dubai, reviewing quality standards, executing risk prevention cycles, and updating engineering documentation registers with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, corporate consultants, subcontracting crews, and regulatory inspectors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of project operations.
- Coordinate detailed site safety walks, formulate quality tracking charts, and administer precise version control pipelines to prevent project bottlenecks.
- Utilize digital Information Technology systems to archive field reports, update site development timelines, and streamline multi-tier data communication channels between the site and corporate hubs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, or an aligned technical discipline.
- Proven professional experience within the UAE construction, engineering, safety, quality assurance, or document control domain is required.
- Multi-villa project construction management experience is strictly mandatory for Project Manager applicants.
- Strong background in management of structural project cycles, technical specification manuals, or formal document filing standards.
- Professional background in education regarding UAE construction regulations, civil defense safety mandates, local authority inspection criteria, and building engineering codes.
- Excellent multi-departmental coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
