Job Description:
We are seeking qualified and passionate professionals to join our educational team across multiple roles: Arabic Teacher, SEN Teacher, and Social Worker. These positions are fundamental to our academic framework, requiring experts who can deliver specialized instruction and counseling services for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Arabic language instruction and develop comprehensive lesson plans in line with school management goals.
- Provide specialized education for students with special needs and implement individual learning plans (SEN Teacher).
- Offer counseling and support services while maintaining accurate student welfare records (Social Worker).
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding certificate attestation, professional development, and licensing requirements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track student progress and coordinate with social services.
🔹 Requirements:
- Arabic Teacher: Minimum 4 years of university education in Arabic Language.
- SEN Teacher: Certified teaching qualification in Special Needs / Psychology; knowledge of UAE Inspection Framework.
- Social Worker: Minimum 4 years of university education in Social Work; Social Service Department license preferred.
- Mandatory Attested educational certificates are required for all positions in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of classroom behavior and student interpersonal communication.
- Professional background in education or training regarding the UAE educational and inspection frameworks.
