Job Description / Role
📌 Open Positions & Key Focus Areas:
1. Procurement & Supply Chain
- Procurement Manager: Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management for high-end ingredients and equipment.
- Procurement Assistant: Support daily purchasing cycles and record-keeping.
- Storekeeper / Receiver: Oversee inventory integrity and manage the professional receiving of goods.
2. Beverage & Bar Excellence
- Bar Supervisor: Lead the bar team to maintain world-class mixology standards and operational efficiency.
- Bartenders: Craft innovative cocktails and provide engaging beverage service.
- Baristas: Deliver specialized coffee experiences with precision and artistry.
3. Guest Relations & Experience
- Hostesses: Provide a sophisticated and welcoming first impression for our upscale guests.
- Reservation Agents: Manage table inventory and guest bookings with exceptional professional communication.
🔹 Requirements:
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, service-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced “launch” environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Communication: High proficiency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage for Downtown Dubai’s diverse clientele.
- Experience: Prior experience in premium hospitality or fine dining is highly preferred, depending on the seniority of the role.
