Job Description:

We are expanding our hospitality team for an upcoming premium dining project in Downtown Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring professionals who can manage guest experiences and kitchen sections for management and service review. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Upper Casual Dining Standards and Operational Consistency and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service to meet management and premium dining standards.
  • Support operational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and service delivery metrics.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and cross-functional teams to ensure professional coordination and a positive dining experience.
  • Manage assigned restaurant or kitchen sections efficiently while ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and POS systems to optimize service flow and professional hospitality reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts plus a relevant professional F&B or Food Safety Certificate.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience specifically within F&B hospitality (Upper Casual/Premium).
  • Strong background in management of restaurant operations, kitchen sections, and high-standard guest interactions.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding service standards, culinary techniques, and food hygiene.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a positive team-oriented mindset, and current UAE residency.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard dining destination in Dubai.
