Job Description:
We are expanding our team and seeking passionate hospitality professionals for multiple roles across our fine dining establishment. These positions are fundamental to our service framework, requiring individuals who can maintain high standards while working collaboratively within a dynamic team. We have open vacancies for Head Waiters, Hostesses, Runners, Chefs, and Housekeeping Attendants. You will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences and ensuring seamless operational flow for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with fine dining standards at our Dubai location.
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment to ensure seamless service management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional development, uniforms, and staff facility access.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for order management, guest reservations, and inventory tracking.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism across all guest-facing and internal areas.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant Certification or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience within a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting.
- Strong background in management of guest expectations, attention to detail, and service efficiency.
- Professional background in education or training regarding food safety and international service protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team in the UAE.
- Commitment to delivering professional and compassionate guest-centered service.
