• Key Accounts Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Handle customer service operations and ensure high-quality client support.
• Coordinate with international agent networks for shipment and logistics operations.
• Support smooth communication between clients, agents, and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational or clearance issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships in the global logistics industry.
• Ensure timely tracking reporting and accurate documentation of all freight activities.

• Proven professional background within the shipping, freight forwarding, or global logistics industry.
• Strong business communication, negotiation, and cross-border client onboarding skills.
• Ability to manage multiple commercial portfolios and operational tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and team oversight experience for senior and managerial assignments.
• Familiarity with container tracking portals, data entry, and basic Information Technology logistical networks.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma from an approved logistics or business education program.
