Job Description:

We are urgently hiring qualified professionals for multiple clinical and non-clinical roles in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring professionals who can deliver patient-focused services for management and clinical review. You will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare, managing patient documentation, and ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi DOH regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dedicated and patient-focused healthcare services to meet management and DOH clinical quality targets.
  • Support clinical operations in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in medical records, pharmacy logs, and patient registration data.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and clinical teams to coordinate immediate onboarding and ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with DOH regulations, company policies, and high standards of customer service for all visitors and patients.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and medical management systems to optimize patient scheduling and professional clinical reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree/Diploma plus a mandatory DOH License or DOH Eligibility (for Clinical roles).
  • Previous professional experience specifically within the UAE healthcare sector.
  • Strong background in management of clinical psychologists, nursing care, or medical reception operations.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and Arabic communication (for specified roles).
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and Immediate Availability (Mandatory).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a reputable medical center in Abu Dhabi.
