Job Description:
A reputed organization in the UAE is currently hiring experienced professionals for multiple roles across ongoing high-rise building projects. These roles are fundamental to our structural framework, requiring professionals who can ensure adherence to industry standards for management and stakeholder review. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Site Execution and a proactive approach to project planning. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution and site activities to meet management, planning, and quality targets.
- Ensure 100% data integrity in technical documentation, QA/QC reports, and structural assessments across Dubai and Sharjah.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resource allocation and workforce planning.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure compliance with UAE industry standards and safety regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and engineering software to analyze project variations and financial performance.
Available Positions & Requirements:
- Project Manager: Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-rise projects.
- Construction Manager: Minimum 8+ years of technical site experience.
- QA/QC & Architecture Engineers: Minimum 5+ years of relevant UAE experience.
- Structural & Planning Engineers: Minimum 5+ and 3+ years respectively (Mandatory UAE experience).
- Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 3+ years in cost management and BOQs.
- Nurse: Must hold a valid DHA License (Dubai projects).
- Project Engineer: Focused on Sharjah projects (Immediate joiners preferred).
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (Mandatory).
- Prior professional UAE experience is required for all positions, specifically in high-rise developments.
- Strong background in management of site execution, technical planning, and quality control.
- Professional background in education or training regarding project-specific engineering certifications.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and the capability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Immediate availability will be considered a significant advantage.
