Job Description:
Nahla Al Wadi is currently hiring across multiple operational divisions in the UAE, including Floor Management, Marketing Leadership, Financial Accounting, Counter Sales, and IT System Administration under corporate management in the UAE. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Floor Manager: Direct retail store floor activities, supervise sales staff, oversee stock displays, and ensure customer service excellence.
- Marketing Manager: Plan and execute promotional marketing campaigns, manage digital brand presence, and drive customer acquisition strategies.
- Accountant: Process daily ledgers, handle accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure UAE VAT compliance.
- Counter Sales: Assist walk-in customers, process sales transactions, manage POS systems, and maintain product inventory counters.
- Junior System Administrator: Maintain company IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware/network issues, and support user software systems.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
- Prior hands-on experience in the respective domain within the UAE commercial or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
