🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead school departments or deliver specialized instruction to meet management and student achievement targets.
- Support academic operations in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in curriculum planning, student assessments, and institutional reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and reputable school networks to coordinate professional journey enhancements and career coaching.
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices and leadership standards while ensuring a smooth application process for candidates.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and educational platforms to optimize classroom engagement and professional academic reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject plus a mandatory professional Teaching Qualification (Master’s preferred for leadership).
- Proven professional experience specifically within a school or academic environment.
- Strong background in management of academic departments, section leadership, or classroom instruction.
- Professional background in education or training regarding CV development and interview preparation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to student development.
