Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional expansion across our academic and support services divisions and are seeking motivated, skilled professionals to fill five distinct institutional vacancies in Dubai. Operating as essential pillars within our faculty or central operations team, these full-time positions focus on accelerating student achievement, auditing institutional data logs, and streamlining cross-departmental workflows under our comprehensive school management framework. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, high-fidelity performance within your designated academic curriculum or corporate support specialization.

- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking capabilities, professional teamwork dynamics, and structured organizational skills daily.
- Maintain deep dedication toward continuous professional learning, pedagogical training, and institutional growth metrics.
- For Teaching & SENCO Roles: Design interactive lesson outlines, engage secondary school students effectively, and maintain a supportive, disciplined learning environment.
- For Accounting & Administrative Roles: Manage localized school accounting ledgers, track tuition pipelines, or oversee parent admission engagement data accurately.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or accredited professional certification in Education, Mathematics, Special Needs (SEN), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a matching field.
- Prior successful professional experience or operational familiarity working in a similar role within an active school environment is highly preferred.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, academic mark sheets, or operational tracking spreadsheets inside Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with highly polished interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-cultural educational campus environment.
- A proactive, responsible, and creative approach to problem-solving, with immediate availability preferred for the Temporary Cover position.
