Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and committed educators to join our academic team for the upcoming academic year. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver high-quality instruction for management and academic review. You will be responsible for classroom instruction within an American curriculum framework, student assessment, and collaborative department planning. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in UAE Teacher Licensing Systems (TLS) and a proactive approach to student development and academic excellence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality academic instruction to meet management and student achievement targets.
- Maintain a supportive learning environment in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in student records, assessment results, and academic reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic leads to coordinate curriculum planning and school-wide events.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative teaching environment while ensuring adherence to UAE Ministry of Education standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and classroom management systems to optimize student engagement and professional reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area plus a mandatory Teaching Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically teaching within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of American curriculum frameworks and student assessment methodologies.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Teacher Licensing System (TLS) or MOE licensing.
- IELTS score of 7 or higher (for non-native speakers) and proficiency in academic English (Arabic speaking is an added benefit).
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard private school in Abu Dhabi.
