Job Description:
We are currently inviting motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding FMCG team in Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our daily operations, requiring professionals who can support production, distribution, or sales functions with high efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following strict safety guidelines for management review. We are looking for proactive team players currently based in Dubai who are ready to build a long-term career. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across production, distribution, or sales departments to maintain smooth workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety/hygiene guidelines in the workplace.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding walk-in registration and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient market delivery in Dubai.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for inventory logging and basic sales reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred depending on the specific role.
- Previous professional experience in the FMCG industry is considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong background in management of daily tasks, workplace safety, and customer interactions.
- Professional background in education or training regarding food safety, hygiene, and sales techniques.
- Must be currently based in Dubai with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred for these expanding positions.
