Position 1: Processing Officer – OG III
Place of Posting
Bahawalpur, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Mianwali, Mirpurkhas, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sukkur
Pay Scale
Officer Grade III (OG-III) – Salary package as per NBP policy
Eligibility Criteria
Education / Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international University / College / Institute
- Master’s degree holders from HEC-recognized institutions will be given preference
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 26 years
Experience
- Preference for candidates with 1 year of banking experience in database management, sales processing, MIS reporting, or relevant field
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage sales, loan processing, and database management
- Assist Line Manager in implementing business strategies to achieve sales and business targets
- Monitor assigned portfolio growth and profitability of individual accounts
- Ensure compliance with SBP, SECP, and internal regulatory guidelines
- Review loan proposals and identify discrepancies as per prescribed checklist
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and competitor scans
- Monitor non-performing loans (NPLs) and take corrective actions
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
Required Skills / Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in data management and analysis
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Position 2: General Banking Officer – OG III

Islamabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Mardan, Mianwali, Mirpur A.K., Rawalakot A.K.,
Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Swat, Vehari
Pay Scale
Officer Grade III (OG-III) – Salary package as per NBP policy
Eligibility Criteria
Education / Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international University / College / Institute

- Maximum age: 27 years
Experience
- 1 year of relevant banking experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Handle front-office and back-office banking transactions
- Manage remittances, cash handling, and clearing operations
- Open and maintain customer accounts
- Process online transactions and financial instruments
- Manage ATM claims, lockers, and term deposits
- Scrutinize daily transaction vouchers and maintain audit trails
- Generate financial and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and Prudential Regulations
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors
