Job Description:
We are currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our daily operations and uphold our high standards of care. This is a pivotal leadership role suited for a professional who is deeply committed to early childhood development. You will be responsible for the strategic management of the nursery, including staff supervision, curriculum implementation, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a confident leader who can create an engaging learning environment while building strong relationships with parents and the wider community. The ideal candidate is a qualified educator with the operational expertise to drive the nursery’s reputation for quality teaching and child welfare.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and well-structured learning environment.
- Support the development and performance of the teaching team through regular observation and mentoring.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Ministry of Education and KHDA/Municipality regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of early years curricula and track developmental outcomes for all students.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, handling inquiries and fostering a supportive community.
- Collaborate with the Management team to develop marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
- Partner with the Human Resources department for staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the Engineering or maintenance team to ensure all nursery facilities and play equipment meet safety standards.
- Manage nursery budgets, resource allocation, and daily administrative documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory: NCFE CACHE Level 5 qualification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or any Bachelor’s Degree with a strong focus on Early Years.
- All academic and professional certificates must be UAE MOFA attested.
- At least 2 years of hands-on leadership experience specifically within a nursery environment.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and local educational regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
- A proactive, confident leader with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to join immediately is a significant advantage.
