Job Description:

This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage Division Manager calendars and office protocols for management and operational performance review. You will be responsible for coordinating complex meeting logistics, managing Meta platform leads, and maintaining high-level document confidentiality. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Executive Coordination, CRM Management, and Professional Correspondence and a proactive approach to continuous process optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize the Division Manager’s calendar and scheduling to meet management and efficiency standards.
- Support operational integrity in Dubai, managing incoming Meta leads (Facebook/Instagram) and ensuring timely client follow-ups with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of reports, memos, and official correspondence.
- Maintain well-organized digital filing systems and handle sensitive company documentation with the highest level of discretion and compliance.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to improve office procedures and administrative workflow efficiency.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Prior professional experience in office administration, executive support, or coordination roles.
