Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Secondary PE Teacher to join our department in Dubai starting August 2026. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver high-quality GCSE and BTEC Physical Education lessons for management and student progress review. You will be responsible for promoting lifelong fitness, contributing to school sports programs, and fostering a motivating learning environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in International PE Standards, Sports Science, and Student Engagement and a proactive approach to extracurricular excellence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging PE lessons to secondary students to meet management and international curriculum benchmarks.
- Support academic integrity in Dubai, teaching GCSE and BTEC PE curriculum effectively with 100% precision in assessment and tracking.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and the wider teaching staff to facilitate professional organizational coordination of sports events and programs.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and inclusivity through structured physical activities and extracurricular sports coordination.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor student performance, provide feedback, and support academic excellence.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field with a teaching qualification (PGCE preferred).
- Strong professional experience in teaching GCSE and/or BTEC Physical Education.
- Strong background in management of classroom discipline, sports facility utilization, and student well-being.
- Professional background in education regarding curriculum delivery, inclusive teaching, and performance tracking.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess excellent communication skills, and work collaboratively in Dubai.
