Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive female Office Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee daily operations and maintain an efficient working environment for management and inter-departmental performance review. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, handling sensitive documentation, and monitoring office supply procurement. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Administrative Coordination, Record-Keeping, and Schedule Management and a proactive approach to supporting multiple departments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office activities to meet management and organizational efficiency standards.

  • Strong background in management of office schedules, documentation systems, and vendor relations.
  • Professional background in education regarding office management tools, organizational practices, and professional communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work effectively in Dubai.
