Job Description:

We are looking for a systematic and organized Operations Coordinator to monitor and direct daily transit operations across the region. This position controls end-to-end multi-modal routing schedules, resolves freight tracking problems, and balances transporter communications to support optimal supply line movement under strict commercial deadlines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day global cargo movements, logistics workflows, and shipping line updates.
• Follow up on customs clearance milestones, final delivery statuses, and local port authorities.
• Communicate consistently with commercial clients, overseas agents, ground transporters, and internal divisions.
• Maintain highly accurate operational logs, transaction updates, and freight files within the ERP database.
• Organize essential maritime paperwork, export files, and end-to-end cargo trace summaries.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience handling freight forwarding, maritime shipping, or third-party logistics.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma from an accredited logistics, supply chain, or corporate business education program.
• Knowledge of local UAE customs guidelines, harbor documentation requirements, and multi-modal booking routes.
• Familiarity with freight tracking interfaces, Fresa ERP structures, and corporate Information Technology accounting networks.
