Operations Executive (Aesthetic Clinic) – Dubai, UAE | Talents Hub

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Supervision: Oversee and manage the end-to-end daily activities of the clinic to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient journey.
• Regulatory Compliance: Act as the internal lead for maintaining DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations and international healthcare standards.
• SOP Implementation: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in clinical and administrative performance.
• Staff Coordination: Lead and synchronize efforts between medical practitioners and non-medical support staff to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Resource Management: Monitor equipment maintenance schedules, medical stock levels, and facility hygiene to ensure a safe clinical environment.
• Crisis Management: Professionally handle operational bottlenecks and client inquiries in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in operations or clinic management, specifically within an aesthetic or medical environment.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of DHA healthcare regulations and compliance protocols in the UAE.
• Communication: Excellent command of English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professional composure under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in clinic management software (HMS) and MS Office tools.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field.
