Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term commercial objectives.
- Brand Positioning: Solidify Future Glass as a premium, solution-driven authority among architects, consultants, and developers.
- Demand Generation: Design structured B2B campaigns, technical content, and industry event strategies to fill the sales pipeline with high-quality leads.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Estimation, and Operations to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable commercial impact.
- Agency & Team Management: Lead end-to-end execution by managing external agencies and lean internal resources with disciplined precision.
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on ROI, lead conversion metrics, and the effectiveness of marketing spend across various channels.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B Marketing, specifically within construction, building materials, or technical engineering products.
- Commercial Mindset: Solid understanding of the construction sales cycle, including the specification process and ROI tracking.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to engage with both technical internal teams and external high-profile partners.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp complex architectural glass solutions and communicate their benefits effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent senior-level experience will be considered.
- Attributes: A strategic thinker who is also willing to be “hands-on” to ensure high-quality, fast-paced execution.
