🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance divisions.
• Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction benchmarks and professionally resolve any escalated guest concerns.
• Develop operational goals, manage departmental budgets, and control costs to maximize property profitability.
• Supervise staff performance, establish work schedules, conduct training, and promote a productive work culture.
