Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site execution, carpentry, MEP coordination, and interior fit-out construction activities.
• Manage site manpower allocations and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and specialty trade teams.
• Ensure all work complies strictly with approved shop drawings, project schedules, and quality benchmarks.
• Submit daily progress reports, safety logs, and site discrepancy notices to the Project Manager.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and well-organized construction site adhering to UAE health and safety standards.

### 🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Ability to accurately read, interpret, and execute technical architectural shop drawings and layouts.
• Mandatory possession of a valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and workforce management capabilities.
