Operations Supervisor – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Logistics/Delivery

About the Role:

We are seeking a capable and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and operational activities in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for managing a team of riders/drivers, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Supervisor will supervise and guide delivery riders/drivers, coordinate with clients to manage delivery schedules, monitor operational performance and implement efficiency improvements, maintain accurate reporting using Excel, and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

• Supervise and guide delivery riders and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with clients to manage delivery schedules and project requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate reporting and tracking using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support management with day-to-day operational decisions and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of last-mile delivery processes.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
