Job Description:

The Operations Support / Customer Service Representative will manage client communications, handle shipping documentation, coordinate freight movements, and support daily workflows alongside internal logistics and operational management teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics operations.
• Assist with customer service activities, process client inquiries, and handle sales support requests.
• Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure smooth logistics workflows.
• Maintain accurate cargo records, tracking data, and documentation requirements.
• Provide timely assistance to clients, carriers, and operational partners.
• Support administrative duties and contribute to overall service quality improvement.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Candidates currently available in Dubai, UAE, are preferred.
