- Greet, welcome, and structurally guide patients, family members, and visiting corporate stakeholders fluidly in a highly courteous, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Manage advanced patient registration pipelines, inputting demographic variables fluidly while coordinating clinic intake queues with absolute tracking precision.
- Handle diverse patient inquiries simultaneously in both fluent Arabic and English through in-person lobby interactions, multi-line telephone exchanges, and digital email updates.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and proactively follow up on multi-department patient medical appointments to eliminate processing delays and maintain seamless clinical workflow speeds.
- Maintain highly precise, updated electronic health profiles and record all front-of-house customer touchpoints securely within core administrative software grids.
- Coordinate continuously with multi-disciplinary units, nursing staff, clinical supervisors, and financial departments to ensure flawless service tracking synchronization.
