Job Description:

The Patient Relations Executive will serve as a primary liaison between patients, families, and clinical teams to ensure an exceptional overall healthcare journey. Based in Dubai, this compassionate professional will handle patient inquiries, facilitate appointment scheduling, lead service recovery and complaint resolution, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure high standards of patient satisfaction across hospital departments.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in patient relations, healthcare customer service, or clinic administration.
• Strong working knowledge of patient communication, customer relationship management (CRM), and healthcare service recovery.
• Demonstrated expertise in complaint handling, conflict resolution, and patient record confidentiality.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
