About the Role:
ALFIRAS invites applications from skilled Payroll Officers to support their growing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong payroll management expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid knowledge of payroll processes and compliance within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process the company’s full-cycle payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data confidentiality.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and support financial reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant payroll experience (mandatory).
- Must be currently based in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance (UAE law preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000.
