  • Execute specialized neonatal nursing procedures, clinical interventions, and emergency care measures accurately as required.
  • Ensure the absolute hygiene, clinical cleanliness, thermal regulation, and structural safety of the newborn at all times.
  • Communicate medical updates, physiological observations, and behavioral tracking logs to family members and clinical supervisors professionally.
  • Administer prescribed medications, calculate accurate infant fluid dosages, and manage pediatric medical equipment securely.
  • Maintain highly detailed electronic records covering daily care activities, physical outputs, and nutritional profiles carefully.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with external family pediatricians and multi-disciplinary medical personnel to ensure continuous wellness protection.

  • Candidates possessing their own residency visa framework status are preferred, though full administrative support is available.
  • Capacity to self-manage complex care schedules independently while protecting total patient data privacy and family confidentiality codes under pressure.
  • Practical background in basic education regarding medical dosage math variables, patient diagnostics, and nursing lifecycle workflow management methodologies.

Provision and Compensation Structure:

  • Competitive monthly base salary package ranging from AED 3,500 to 5,000 (dependent upon verified pediatric tenure, licensing framework, and VVIP communication vetting evaluation).
  • Comprehensive employer-provided luxury accommodation setups and secure premium workplace transport networks.
  • Full regulatory residency visa alignment, extensive health insurance plans, and standard annual travel provisions per UAE Labour Law regulations.
  • Structured ongoing nursing leadership masterclasses to advance your practical education in visual neuromarketing healthcare operations, diagnostic diagnostics, and digital pipeline ledger tracking architectures.
