Job Description / Role
๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & WPS Management: Oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to Wages Protection System (WPS) requirements.
- Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit critical regulatory reports to the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE).
- Pension Administration: Manage Emirati pension registrations and serve as the primary liaison with the relevant Pensions Authority.
- Life Cycle Operations: Manage the operational aspects of onboarding, visa processing, Emirates ID renewals, and work permit maintenance.
- Benefits & EOSB: Administer employee medical insurance, leave management, and calculate complex End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) in line with UAE Labour Law.
- People Analytics: Generate data-driven reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, and payroll metrics to support management decision-making.
๐น Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in UAE HR operations and payroll management.
- Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE Labour Law, WPS procedures, and CBUAE financial sector regulations.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (mandatory for government liaison).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Excel for complex data reconciliation and analytics.
- Attributes: Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
