Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can handle daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations for management and safety review. You will be responsible for dispensing prescribed medications, providing patient guidance on dosage, and managing inventory levels. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Clinical Pharmacy and a proactive approach to patient safety. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately to meet management and regulatory standards.
- Provide expert guidance to patients on medication usage and side effects in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and medical teams to manage inventory and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and transactions to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor pharmacy safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with a valid UAE Pharmacist License or Eligibility.
- Minimum 1 year of professional UAE experience specifically within a pharmacy environment.
- Strong background in management of pharmaceutical products, patient care, and customer service.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Hindi language proficiency (required).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and attention to detail in a fast-paced UAE healthcare setting.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred for this role.
