Job Description:
We are seeking a highly talented, visually creative Photographer & Videographer to direct media production pipelines and lead our digital content department in Abu Dhabi. Operating as the core visual strategist within our creative team, this full-time role focuses on capturing luxury architectural environments, engineering high-impact short-form video sequences, and maintaining our premium brand aesthetic under our centralized media management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit high-quality cinematic video content for social media networks, premium property showcases, and corporate storytelling campaigns.
- Capture professional, high-resolution photography of real estate listings, interior architectures, lifestyle scenes, corporate launch events, and executive portraits.
- Create highly engaging, trendy short-form content formats, including tailored Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts.
- Produce structured long-form video presentations for YouTube broadcast lines, investor reviews, and digital advertising distributions.
- Manage complex on-site production setups, precisely controlling lighting rigs, audio capture, camera framing, and active stabilization.
- Execute advanced post-production edits with a rigorous focus on narrative flow, seamless pacing, custom transitions, color grading, and sound engineering.
- Optimize exported digital file formats across various multi-channel marketing dimensions to maintain an elite corporate identity.
- Organize, tag, and archive large databases of raw production footage, project assets, and final promotional exports efficiently.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of successful, verified professional experience specializing in real estate cinematography or luxury brand media creation inside the UAE market.
- Advanced videography expertise, including hands-on mastery of cinema camera bodies, gimbal stabilization tools, and specialized field lighting setups.
- Proficiency navigating industry-standard post-production environments, specifically including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of cinematic visual storytelling structures, audio pacing mechanics, and fast-moving social media content trends.
- An exceptional visual aesthetic sense paired with an analytical eye for interior framing, architectural symmetries, and high-end lifestyle tones.
- Proven capacity to process multiple media projects simultaneously and deliver finalized edits under demanding corporate deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal engagement abilities, and precise communication skills to coordinate fluidly during on-site property shoots.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or an equivalent creative discipline is preferred.
