Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Photographer / Videographer / Content Creator to join our creative team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can produce visual assets for management and digital marketing review. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos of luxury waterfront properties, creating cinematic walkthroughs, and developing short-form social media content. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Spatial Storytelling and Video Editing Techniques and a proactive approach to architectural photography and lifestyle content production. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and produce high-quality visual content of residential properties to meet management and branding targets.
- Support media integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in professional-grade edits, cinematic transitions, and branded visuals.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and marketing teams to develop content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Showcase luxury interior and community features through innovative storytelling and polished post-production.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools, drones, and gimbals to optimize visual quality and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Media, Film, or Photography plus a strong Creative Portfolio.
- Proven professional experience specifically within real estate, hospitality, or architectural media.
- Strong background in management of lighting, composition, and high-end video editing software.
- Professional background in education or training regarding social media trends, short-form video formats, and cinematic production.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work independently, and deliver content aligned with premium brand standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard broker agency in Dubai.
