  • Execute specialized Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapies tailored strictly to post-surgical swelling, oncology profiles, or fluid retention anomalies.
  • Conduct physical health assessments, define range-of-motion metrics, and draft individualized patient rehabilitation blueprints.
  • Monitor anatomical recovery progress, log milestone updates, and maintain proper digital medical history tracking files.
  • Educate private clients and their immediate family caregivers regarding safe body mechanics, localized home exercise routines, and long-term preventative health.
  • Maintain absolute healthcare sanitation standards, ensure safe patient transfers, and protect patient dignity across all sessions.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with inter-departmental primary care physicians, home nursing heads, and general operations management wings.
  • Manage mobile transit schedules efficiently across various residential sectors of Dubai to maintain absolute punctuality for home appointments.
  • Track emerging modalities in lymphedema management, soft-tissue mobilization, and functional kinesiology to optimize treatment quality.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Mandatory possession of a completely valid, active Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Professional License as a Physiotherapist.
  • Certified specialization or verified clinical experience in delivering Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy tracks is required.
  • Possession of a valid, unexpired United Arab Emirates Driver’s License is mandatory to facilitate community transit.
  • Prior professional experience operating within a structured home care environment or mobile clinic framework is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional empathetic bedside manner combined with strong verbal communication and cross-cultural customer-handling traits.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate independently across mobile sites, adapt to diverse home layouts, and manage sensitive clinical cases.
  • Deep structural understanding of patient safety codes, emergency first-aid protocols, and electronic health record documentation requirements.
  • Practical background in education regarding kinetic movement mechanics, physiological fluid calculation parameters, and patient caseload management methodologies.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive monthly salary package ranging from AED 5,000 to 6,000.
  • Direct exposure to flagship home healthcare systems, diverse private clinical caseloads, and premier medical practitioner networks.
  • Structured ongoing medical masterclasses to advance your practical education in advanced lymphedema oncology parameters, vascular health, and automated therapeutic telemetry tracking.
