- Possession of an active, valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is strictly mandatory.
- A formal Nursing Degree or recognized Qualification from an accredited healthcare institution is required.
- Proven professional clinical experience working inside a dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is required.
- Expert functional knowledge of pediatric resuscitation, advanced pharmacology, and intensive care diagnostic tracking.
- Exceptional clinical judgment, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity to remain calm under emergency pressures.
