Job Description:
The Planning Engineer will oversee project scheduling, baseline creation, delay analysis, and progress monitoring across building construction projects in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this experienced engineering professional will utilize Primavera P6, develop S-Curves and KPI dashboards, formulate recovery programmes, support Extension of Time (EOT) claim preparations, and collaborate with site teams to ensure project completion according to scheduled timelines.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare project baselines, S-Curves, progress reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Monitor project progress and identify scheduling risks and delays.
- Perform CPM scheduling, delay analysis, and prepare recovery programmes.
- Support EOT (Extension of Time) claim preparation and project controls activities.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare planning reports and provide regular updates to management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in UAE building construction projects (residential villas, high-rise buildings, commercial, or mixed-use developments).
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and project controls.
- Strong experience in delay analysis, recovery programmes, baseline development, and Extension of Time (EOT) claim preparation.
- Demonstrated capability in generating progress reports, S-Curves, and KPI dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and multi-project management abilities.
