Job Description:

The Pricing & Operations Specialist will handle freight rate negotiations, prepare competitive FCL and LCL sea freight quotations, coordinate shipment bookings, manage import/export documentation, and oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare competitive sea freight quotations for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and logistics partners.
• Coordinate shipment bookings and monitor end-to-end freight operations.
• Manage import and export documentation while ensuring compliance with shipping requirements.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, and carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry in the UAE.
• Strong hands-on experience in sea freight pricing, FCL/LCL, NVOCC rates, and shipment coordination.
• Proficiency in import/export shipping documentation and end-to-end logistics processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and operational problem-solving skills.
