Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, process-driven, and highly organized Arabic-speaking PRO Assistant to manage daily government relations pipelines, advanced corporate licensing workflows, and ministerial document tracking tracks at our corporate headquarters in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end liaison and structured coordination fluidly with primary UAE sovereign bodies including MOHRE, ICP, DED, Dubai Municipality, CICPA, Abu Dhabi Police, MOE, and GDRFA.
  • Process corporate employment visas, entry permits, residence cancellations, Emirates ID scheduling, labor contract alignments, and medical fitness applications fluidly.
  • Handle mainland and free zone trade license renewals, structural corporate amendments, commercial name registrations, and establishment card extensions in complete alignment with regional laws.
  • Submit and systematically manage high-volume transactional data applications through official smart government systems including Tasheel, Amer, ICP, and related digital portals.
  • Maintain highly updated, immaculate digital registries of all company permits, corporate certificates, and immigration records to secure timely renewals.
  • Liaise continuously with internal legal, personnel, and operations squads to ensure all employee documentation metrics are compiled accurately.
  • Follow up proactively with municipal and federal desk officers to accelerate pending approvals, unlock frozen applications, and resolve processing disputes.
  • Enforce absolute structural compliance with evolving UAE Labour Laws, updated federal immigration guidelines, and internal corporate compliance loops.
  • Support executive directors by preparing official administrative letters, legal translations, ministerial correspondences, and corporate meeting briefs.
  • Ensure highly efficient execution of all public relations field and desk tasks to protect uninterrupted organizational business continuity tracking tracks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Fluency in the Arabic language (both written and verbal articulation) is strictly mandatory to navigate official sovereign documentation loops.
  • Prior professional background operating inside a structured corporate PRO assistant setup, government relations desk, or administrative coordination role within the GCC region is highly preferred.
  • Strong working familiarity with standard United Arab Emirates immigration codes, labor relations practices, commercial licensing metrics, and municipal guidelines.
  • Must be currently residing inside the geography of the United Arab Emirates to facilitate immediate operational mobilization.
  • Excellent digital literacy, with established personal capabilities navigating online portals such as Tasheel, Amer, ICP, and related cloud infrastructure grids.
